Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed late on Friday, over the weekend, or on holidays may begin processing on the next business day. After processing, estimated delivery is 8–12 business days from order to arrival.

We make every effort to ship within these timeframes. If we are unable to ship your order within the stated time — or within 30 days where no time is stated — we will notify you and offer the option to continue waiting or to cancel for a full refund, consistent with applicable US shipping regulations. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

8. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@emmandmorgan.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because we process orders quickly, we can only honor cancellation requests before an order has shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
