Please review this policy before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. For items where hygiene is a factor, they must be clean before a return is started.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items can't be returned, including underwear, tights, and personal care products.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at support@emmandmorgan.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- A photo of the item (if it arrived damaged or defective)
- Your contact details
We'll reply with the return address and step-by-step instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
If you haven't seen your refund after that period, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@emmandmorgan.com and we'll look into it right away.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement isn't possible, you'll receive a full refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. We can honor cancellations before an order has shipped; once it's on its way, the standard return process applies.
